At the beginning of this year, the Foundation launched a new website redesign. Previously known by the acronym NCUF, the Foundation realized the need for a fresh website design to support their business growth and to match with their values and services.
The Foundation sought out the help of Acumium to accomplish their new goal. The two companies have been working together for several years, so they made the perfect team to tackle the Foundation’s new business objectives.
Together, Acumium and the Foundation conducted a thorough discovery process to identify the Foundation’s current challenges and new business objectives. The process lead to a complete site redesign with an updated, modern responsive design and new logo. The redesign included a content overhaul with more intuitive navigation to make information easier to find for the site visitors, and content that is better optimized for search engines. The project also included a custom interactive map that allows credit union professionals to find state credit union foundation contacts.
The Foundation will continue to expand their content marketing efforts with a company blog that will be launched later this year.
“This project proved to be very educational for our business. Conducting the discovery process with the guidance from Acumium really helped us to clearly define our current challenges and establish our business goals, which made the rest of the project much easier,” says Christopher Morris, Director of Communications for the Foundation, “We are very pleased with the results.”
Christopher Uschan, VP of Sales and Marketing at Acumium, adds, “We are always happy to help our clients succeed in their business endeavors. Both of us learned valuable lessons from this website redesign and we are excited to see the Foundation to continue to grow.”
