Last month, Food Concepts, Inc. (FCI) launched a new website redesign for their flagship ecommerce website and eight substore retail sites. This redesign also included a replatform to the GravityMarket™ ecommerce platform.
FCI is a leader in the design and fabrication of merchandising systems for the foodservice industry, with a strong reputation for contemporary design solutions and image enhancement for foodservice retailers and manufacturers. In order to achieve a better ecommerce user-experience for FCI’s foodservice partners, and to achieve efficiencies for setup and ongoing hosting and maintenance of additional substores, FCI migrated FoodPros.com, and all its substores, to the GravityMarket™ ecommerce platform.
The old FoodPros.com website was FCI’s flagship ecommerce website, offering a variety of display and food preparation equipment to members of the general foodservice industry. FCI is now hosted on the GravityMarket™ ecommerce platform, utilizing Acumium’s Substore Module, which allows them to manage multiple front-end websites via one, robust back-end admin website. GravityMarket™ is delivered as a Software As A Service (SaaS), providing FCI ongoing support and platform enhancements to keep them competitive in the online space.
